MILITARY LAW EXPERIENCE A former Air Force JAG Officer, with 30 years of trial experience, my legal expertise includes: defense of special court-martials, general court-martials, defense of military discharge board hearings, adverse administrative action hearings for medical or flying certification review board hearings and military pension divorces. I offer legal services for both current and former military members. It is rare to find attorneys who have experience in the military and even fewer as an Air Force JAG Officer.

I was admitted to the U.S. Court of Military Appeals andU.S. Court of Military Review in 1982.As a senior Area Defense Counsel, I extensively traveled the USAF’s Western Circuit for military courts-martials, and accumulated an extraordinary number of military jury trials.
